BIO ENERGETIC SYNCHRONIZATION TECHNIQUES - B.E.S.T

In a word, B.E.S.T. is about "BALANCE."  Creating the perfect balance of energy in our bodies as a means to achieve whole-body healing.  

It's a lifestyle approach to perfect health created by Dr. Milton T. Morter, over 40 years ago.  It's a system of health care that is truly state-of-the-art in balancing body/mind/memory/soul energy fields by removing interference between your body and the power that made your body.  When the interference exists, symptoms develop and health deteriorates.  By touching certain key pressure points in the proper sequence with proper energy, and having you think about specific memory stress, we have found that interference is removed and your body will begin to re-communicate with your brain.  Once the interference to self healing is removed, you are provided with home work and a program for making changes in the six essential areas of health.  Our Elite Master B.E.S.T. Why Does Nirvana Offer B.E.S.T.?

The Nirvana program simply would not exist without B.E.S.T.  The Nirvana program is a whole health solution designed to provide a super saturation of oxygen to elevate the body into self healing. Teaching your body to self heal starts with the core therapy trio of hyperbaric oxygen therapy, exercise with oxygen therapy and infrared sauna therapy, but, to achieve maximum benefits attention must be paid to two other areas that sap your body’s natural levels of oxygenation, diet and stress/cognitive/mental health.  We have found that B.E.S.T., and the Morter Health System, is simply the easiest and most efficient approach to producing outstanding benefits in these two fundamental areas of our program. Our philosophy is a result of seeing the results our clients have achieved with our unique program.  It is through the integration of all of these components where we have seen the activation of the self healing response and that make our whole health solution so successful.

How Can B.E.S.T. Help Me?

Your brain controls all functions in your body.  Dr. Morter says, “Any thought that causes separation between the physical body and the power that made it is termed interference.”  When the brain and the body work together, with the interference removed, body balance, and healing are the results.  B.E.S.T., re-patterns the brain, it turns off all of the extra switches, all of the extra programming that is “gunking up the computer” so to speak so that the body can focus on self healing.  Our body has the ability to heal itself with no exceptions. Give the body some tools--oxygen, exercise, detoxification, diet, supplementation, and balance—and it wants to heal provided that it is not being slowed down by all of the extraneous programs going on in the background.  So what BEST does is turn off all of the extraneous programs that are going on in the background.

B.E.S.T. is not intended to diagnose disease, treat symptoms, provide relationship counseling or financial advice but seeks to understand the cause of an un-balance and un-rest in the body’s energy field and to restore your natural ability to attract positive circumstances into your experience.

On a higher level, the vibration of the energy centers are slowed under stress and once again  get “gunked up” a little like if your car engine has sludge in it.  When the energy is slowed we experience lower emotions such as sadness, anger, fear, worry etc..  Being in a state of worry, anger, or sadness slows the healing process and slows oxygenation to the tissues so we are back to why we need B.E.S.T to self heal.    When fight or flight is a constant, the body will fatigue, a fatigued body disrupts oxygen in the body and the electronic transfer.

A lot of it has to do with your thoughts and emotions.  Stressing away causes an oxygen deficiency.   Your stress programs have you running, running, running, “gunking” up your system and screwing up your adrenals until the adrenals have robbed you of all of your oxygen which could be used for healing your wounds, your injuries, and your disease.  Excess adrenalin and related adrenal hormones that regulate oxygen suck oxygen from the system causing oxygen deficiency to tissues and cells.

Once all of the extraneous programs have been turned off in the background, the six essential areas of health become the focus for supporting the physical body and maintaining the energy balance that has been achieved.

B.E.S.T. is a lifestyle!  It's the six essentials--what you eat, what you drink, how you exercise, how you rest, what and how you breathe, what you think.  It's a lifestyle approach to perfect health.  

Nirvana’s unique wellness coaching format, which creates an unmatched level of coordination of care for the client, is rooted in the principles and concepts of the six essential areas of health as defined by B.E.S.T. and the Morter Health System.  Through the six essential areas of health, we seek to understand all of the factors that affect our clients’ levels of oxygen saturation in order to be able to help them maximize the benefits of their package here at Nirvana.  When a new client begins their path to wellness at Nirvana, these choices that the person has been making in the six essential areas reveal to us whether the client has been following a lifestyle that results in permanent good health—maximal natural oxygen levels, or one that can lead to distress, illness, depression.. an unbalanced system—depleted levels of natural oxygen saturation—that leads to disease.

Believe it or not, the most important of the six essentials is what you think!  Choices in this area are more important than in all the other areas combined!  Negative thinking, judgment, indecisiveness, and worry all build up over time and wear your body down.   As was mentioned above, your body is—running, running, running—constantly responding to your thoughts because its number one job is to survive but it does not stop to analyze why you are having that thought.  It cannot distinguish between worrying about something or imagining something and the actual thing.  Every thought has an associated feeling and belief so if you have had an experience that has caused the wrong feeling to be associated with the wrong thought you may have developed interference in the form of erroneous beliefs that have caused interference to your wellbeing.  Experiences like these build up over a lifetime and eventually you have become separated from the power that created you because of an accumulation of these erroneous beliefs—gunk in the system.

To compound the crisis that is caused by constantly thinking negative lower energy thoughts and having extraneous programs constantly running in the background, when essential nutrients such as oxygen, delivered through proper breathing techniques, good water, healthy food, and  mineralization are not provided to support the constant stress, your body may remain in a state of alert and eventually burn out your human body systems.  When your systems become exhausted they become unavailable to respond to an actual real threat.

Active Healing

To heal you need to participate.  Dr. Morter calls this active healing.  With an active healing approach, the client needs to get involved in the process and they need to understand what did they do to create the situation that made the physical complaint necessary.  Every physical complaint is an expression of an unlearned lesson so actively we want the person to understand what they are trying to learn and how they should respond differently to the stressors in life, this is active participation in the healing process.

B.E.S.T.  Is Neurologic Retraining. 

A B.E.S.T. session starts with a five to 10 minute seated consultation session and then transitions to the work on the table which is gentle yet interactive, approximately 30 minutes in duration.  The B.E.S.T. practitioner will then work in synch with the client performing balancing exercises that are non-forced and gentle.  At the completion of the session, the B.E.S.T. practitioner will assign homework--neurologic exercises—four square breathing, the Morter March, and walking backwards—and a nutritional and mineral supplementation program customized to each client’s needs.  Conversation is not required; in fact all of the benefits of B.E.S.T. are received through focusing the mind on the balancing exercises within the session and the neurologic re-training exercises.
