Nirvana Hosts Free Introductory Class on Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique - Saturday, October 15th at 11:00 am
Join us Saturday, October 15th from 11:00 am to 12 noon as we welcome Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique, B.E.S.T, and Elite Master B.E.S.T Practitioner, Gabriella Valsecchi, to Nirvana.

Gabriella will show you how to reach it using your mind through B.E.S.T.. If you can think it, you can create it!
Be among the first to hear about and experience the power of B.E.S.T.! To welcome Gabriella to Nirvana and to have her introduce us to B.E.S.T., we are offering a one hour introductory group class from B.E.S.T. called "M Power March," (MPM) on October 15th, at 11:00 am. There will be a $10.00 fee for this class.
In addition to the group class on October 15th, Gabriella is now available for private sessions of B.E.S.T. at Nirvana.
