Kelly Schreiner: President and co-founder, Nirvana Hyperbaric Institute.

At 45 years of age, Kelly is in the best shape of her life.  Kelly attributes her boundless energy, her physical fitness level, her overwhelming sense of joy, and her positive attitude to the benefits of oxygen therapy; in particular hyperbaric oxygen therapy and exercise with oxygen therapy.

Dictionary.com defines anecdotal evidence as non-scientific observations or studies, which do not provide proof but may assist research efforts.  Kelly Schreiner came up with the idea to create the Nirvana Hyperbaric Institute because of the anecdotal evidence that she has personally experienced in her quest to make herself the best that she can be mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Kelly has used these oxygen therapies to successfully help:

  • Treat Lyme disease
  • Repair torn cartilage
  • Heal Tendonitis
  • Undo 27 years of carbon monoxide poisoning from smoke inhalation from cigarette smoking
  • Addiction
  • The depressive effects of bipolar disorder
  • Detoxify
  • Stimulate quick recovery from heavy exercise
  • To dramatically increase her energy level

Kelly’s dream is to be able to make these wonderful therapies available to every person whether they are critically ill, whether they have a chronic illness, whether they are seeking wellness, or whether they are trying to maximize their mental, physical, and emotional capabilities as Kelly has done.

Prior to Kelly turning her attention to creating the Nirvana Hyperbaric Institute, Kelly spent 10 years in the thoroughbred racing industry and pursued a career in finance, graduating cum laude with a B. S. in Commerce in 2000 from Santa Clara University.    Kelly worked for Arthur Andersen LLP in their Global Corporate Finance division in San Francisco, which specialized in mergers & acquisitions and venture funding, until the company was forced out of business in 2002.  Kelly then turned her attention to the real estate industry becoming a whole sale account executive for First Allied Funding (FAF).  In 2005, FAF awarded Kelly “Top Producer 2nd place” in the company for her accomplishments in the sales division.  Kelly worked in the real estate industry until mid 2007 when the dynamics of the industry caused the severe real estate crash.

Kelly has attained her certified hyperbaric technician status.
